Greetings...and WELCOME to the Rockefeller's Grille website ! We appreciate you taking the time to learn more about us ! Allow us to introduce ourselves. We're Greg, Jeff and Albert....the Three "Restauranteers" !

Well...WE don't call ourselves that...but some have made the reference. Anyway...we're the three owners of Rockefeller's Grille, and we are VERY proud to be able to showcase our passion...our restaurant...to you...on line. We use the word passion...because it is an APPROPRIATE word ! The three of us have a combined HALF CENTURY of experience in the restaurant and food industry. 50 years...spent doing everything we can...to be the best we can be in this business. Nearly a decade ago...the three of us decided to COMBINE our talents...pursue our dreams...and... the combination of these talents and dreams along with much hard work and dedication...has resulted in a venture that we are VERY proud of.

John D. Rockefeller was an extraordinary man. His drive for excellence...and his GIVING spirit are two traits we associate with this restaurant.Rockefeller himself was famous for MANY things...and he was also responsible for many wonderful...MOTIVATIONAL quotes.One of them is...

The three of us had already had success in our food industry ventures...but...we wanted something MORE. We wanted something GREAT. And...based upon the FLATTERING comments we recieve on a regular basis...we've done a good job in relation to giving the customer...what THEY want !

To all of you who have supported us and have continued to dine and socialize with us for the past 10 years...we THANK YOU !

How does that fit in here ? Well...we've watched this business grow over the last 10 years. We listen to our customers who routinely tell us how much they appreciate our establishment. Many times when someone is here for the first time...they say..."MORE PEOPLE should know about this place. It's GREAT ! "

For those of you who are here at this site...because you have never BEEN here before...and want to learn more about us...we invite you to experience the recipe that has enabled us to grow and thrive over the last decade. And...when we say recipe...we don't just mean the food. Yes...the FOOD is a MAJOR part of our success...but there's a LOT more that goes in to a successful restaurant...than just the menu.

Rockefellers success can be attributed to the TOTAL PACKAGE. Again...50 combined years of experience have allowed us to "know what it takes"... to be successful in a VERY competitive business. Yep...there are MANY places to eat out there. Many GOOD places. But...why is it that people often drive past SEVERAL restaurants closer to their home and office...just to experience Rockefeller's ?

Simply put...our food is FANTASTIC ! It REALLY is. We have some of the best recipe's out there...and whether it's a Steak...pasta...seafood...or even a sandwich...we feel confident that you'll agree that ours ranks right up there with any you've had. Our steaks are done PERFECTLY...and the flavor will rival that of ANY of the PREMIERE steak houses....only difference is...you'll pay MUCH LESS ! Our pasta dishes ? You'll swear you're in old Italy ! Seafood ? We only serve the FRESHEST catch...and you'll think you're eating seafood down at the harbor !

Salads to sandwiches to Entrees...we don't hold back on the portion size !

Our sandwiches...are LEGENDARY ! Not only will the flavor excite you...but the SIZE of our sandwiches is incredible ! Our Reuben ? People honestly drive from as far away as Cranberry...just for our Reuben. It's THAT good ! Honestly...we TRULY believe that our food is as good as any you'll find in any comparable restaurant. We have TOP QUALITY dishes...but also have plenty of the standard favorites. Even the KIDS love Rockefeller's ! We are often told that our menu...is PERFECT ! The service ?

Our wait staff is CAREFULLY chosen...well trained...and most importantly...PERSONABLE ! Yes...they have PERSONALITIES !! We are often told that our waitresses and waiters help make the Rockefeller experience...what it is ! Some of our staff has been with us from the very beginning ! That's something you won't find in many restaurants.

The Bar ?

What a GREAT bar ! Yes...there are many places to "wet your whistle" in this city, but again people drive past MANY 'a waterin' hole...just to socialize at Rockefeller's ! The "setting" is very cozy and comfortable and everything you could POSSIBLY want in a bar setting...is here. TV'S out the wazoo ! BIG screens, little screens...screens in the corners and at all angles. There is NOT a bad seat in the house. Never been to Rockefeller's for a Steeler Game or a Pen's, Pirate or Pitt game ? What a GREAT TIME. You really need to experience it to see the ROCKEFELLER difference !

The Bar Staff is KNOWLEDGEABLE...and they know how to mix a GOOD drink. As far as BEER ? COLD BEER ? Our draught system is state of the art...and the beer is ALWAYS fresh...cold and DELICIOUS ! Many variety's to choose from...whether on draught or in a bottle. Remember the TV show Cheers ? It really IS like that here. You will find people from all walks of life. Businessmen, seniors...baby boomers....all friendly...all havin' a good time...eating...drinking and just enjoying LIFE ! We have a GREAT happy hour...and we think you'll find our Bar area to be one of the more socially "cool" places you've visited in quite some time ! Make a point to stop in soon !
