“We wanted to let you know how wonderful our graduation party was in Rockefeller’s Banquet Room. Our combined celebration (on June 19th) could not have gone any better. The entire set up (the delicious food, the video equipment, the attention to detail) was outstanding. And, of course, the friendly, helpful service of Dee, Becky, and Jess was second to none. They continually checked with us, throughout the entire evening, asking if everything was okay or if there was anything they could do for us. We received so many compliments from guests both during and after the event praising the food, the service, and the overall facility. Having 170+  in attendance, we were cautiously optimistic that we’d have plenty of room but it was absolutely perfect without ever a concern that anyone was overcrowded. “We held a funeral luncheon at Rockefeller’s. I had 35 people, however it turned out 54 showed for the lunch. Your staff handled it with grace and a “no problem” attitude. They set up extra tables and made sure there was enough food for all (in fact, I took some home) I especially want to commend the waitress Lori. She was cheerful and very responsive to any request.  It was a great pleasure working with your staff. It was quite obvious you place great store in customer-service.
