The employee of the month is Class of 2010 graduate Brenden. Brenden spends his shifts dish washing, busing, and flirting with the hostesses when time allows. Brenden was an excellent diver for Montour’s Swim Team, was captain of the Cross Country Team for Montour Track, and is a certified lifeguard.
Brenden’s pick is the Steak Calzone. Each calzone is made from scratch and usually takes about 25 minutes to bake. They are well worth the wait! The dough is stuffed fresh with steak, mushrooms, cheese, onions, tomatoes, lettuce, and Italian dressing.
